2011 13-15 Year Old State Babe Ruth Tournament in Cold Spring, Richmond and Avon. Central Minnesota Babe Ruth will be hosting you and your fans for the August 4 thru August 7, 2011 state tournament at the 3 tournament sites.

Tournament Cold Spring
Team check-in will take place at least one hour before your first game at the location in which you will play your first game as outline on the tournament bracket. Babe Ruth officials will be present to verify the team credentials.

TICKET PRICES
Daily Pass
$5.00 Adults (ages 18-59)
$3.00 Seniors and Children (Over 59 and children 7-17)
Children under 7 free
Hitting areas are available. You will need to make arrangement with the tournament director for times and locations available.
Regular Babe Ruth Baseball National League Tournament rules will be the guideline. With the exception of drafted pitchers and catchers. All drafted players must play in the field before they can hit in their place on the line-up card . Drafted players may only pitch and catch and not play other position in the game.
A coin flip will determine the home and visitor teams before each game. Team mangers should meet with the Tournament Director an hour before game time to do the coin flip.
All tournament Games will be played at designated park. Teams are expected to be ready to play at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled game time. We will allow a brief infield/outfield warm-up prior to games if time permits.
All tournament games will be played according to the scheduled times. However, game times might change based on in climate weather.
Game lineups should be turned in at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled game time.
Dugouts will be assigned as follows: HOME - 3rd Base, VISITOR - 1st Base.
The dugouts are OFF LIMITS, AT ALL TIMES, TO EVERYONE, EXCEPT ROSTERED MANAGERS, COACHES, & PLAYERS. If parents want to talk or deliver items to players, we strongly recommend this be done before or after the game.
Batting practice will be assigned by Tournament Director.
If you use soft-toss drills, we request that you bring your own screen. Soft-toss WILL NOT be allowed on the fences at all tournament ball parks.
The bullpen areas are to be used for game play only. This means, before and during the game, for the purpose of pitcher warm-up or other player activity as is necessary for game preparation. Please make sure your players remain inside the dugouts at all times, except when involved in game play.
Relief pitchers, coming off of the bench, should be warmed up in the bullpen. After taking the mound, all relief pitchers will be allowed limited warm up pitches as described by Babe Ruth rules.
We request that each team clean-up their dugout and bullpen area after each game. Trash receptacles will be appropriately placed at all times.
